Refund Policy


Elite Traffic Club mission is to help you generate the leads you need to grow your online business.

We’re committed to delivering top tier traffic to your offer and guarantee a minimum of 70% Tier 1 Countries for your upcoming advertising campaign and most of the time we do over-deliver the numbers of clicks.

We will deliver the traffic to a landing page of your choice. You will be expecting to receive most of the visits from the United States and the remainder spread across the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

As there are many factors that result in poor opt-in rates or results such as product is irrelevant or unattractive, the landing page looks like a scam or copywriting of the landing page is not right etc. Thus, we do not guarantee the opt-in rates or results and will not be able to offer a refund. 

We will use our preferred ClickMagick as our tracking software as the benchmark tracker for your campaign. Any 3rd party tracking software such as, LinkTracker, ClickMeter, TinyURL and others won’t be considered as valid data.

You may request to change the website (or any other technical aspect of your set-up) at any time. These requests are processed within 3 business days.

The change request’s deadline is 48 hours before your solo ads campaign goes live. If you submitted your request less than 48 hours before the campaign goes live, your campaign will be delivered to the initial link you agreed upon with your set-up.  


Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel your advertising campaign for any reason (as long as the advertising campaign hasn’t started) your refund will be processed within up to 14 business days (usually much faster) upon receiving a written request and you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee.

If the advertising campaign had already started or been completed, we will not be able to issue a refund back.  


Why The 30% Cancellation Fee?


We believe it’s common sense with advertising campaigns as we had booked the slot.

It is just like when you book a plane ticket with any airline company, the moment you submit your order either on the phone or on their website, your seat on that plane is locked.

And if you wish to cancel your order – there’s always a cancellation fee you pay because the airline companies who secure your seat on that plane that’s flying out on a certain date at a certain time no matter what – so is the traffic you’re scheduled to receive. Thus we enforce a similar policy with our clients as airlines do.

If your advertising campaign has started and you asked to put it on hold for whatever reason, it isn’t eligible for a refund and it must be resumed within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in termination of the campaign and no refund will be given.

Any incomplete order details such as lack of landing page URL, the advertising campaign will not be run and we will contact you via email to get more additional order details.

If you did not respond to our follow-up emails with the additional order details or submit the additional order details form to us within 14 days, it will be considered as unredeemed traffic orders.

Any unredeemed traffic orders older than 30 days aren’t eligible for a refund.

Orders can be put on hold, but cannot be cancelled starting 48 hours from the scheduled campaign “run date.” If for example, your campaign is scheduled to start on May 15th, the absolute final time to request cancellation is midnight May 12th.

You will be refunded in full if Elite Traffic Club decides to not run your solo ads campaign for any reason.
